All salon services are performed in a private salon loft/suite lowering the risk of exposure during this COVID, Cold & Flu season. Terms and Conditions~ HairBeat Salon maintains the right to deny service to anyone who disrespects HairBeat's policies, stylist, clients and/facilities. We accept VISA, AMEX, Master Card and of course… Cash. *Sorry, we do not accept personal checks. **A 3% service charge will be applied to all credit/debit card transactions ***All prices, services policies are subject to change without notice. Children/ Friends/ Pets~ HairBeat Salon welcomes families and children. However, due to safety considerations, children are not permitted in the salon if they are not receiving a service. Due to limited space, we ask if you bring a friend to your appointment, they wait in the waiting area. Per GA State Board regulations, pets are not allowed inside the salon with the exception of service animals. Unfortunately, due to my extreme & severe allergies, I cannot allow service or emotional support animals inside my salon. The New Norm~ If you are experiencing any illness or elevated fever, please notify the salon immediately. You will need to reschedule. Please Read Before BOOKING ! •All appointments require a deposit (+3% processing fee). Your deposit will go towards your service total. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE •If you decide to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you may do so through the scheduler up to 48 hours prior to your appointment start time. (If you decide to cancel your appointment please note deposits are not refundable). •All services are booked on a estimated time frame. The service may run longer or shorter depending on your hair. Please plan accordingly. *Our Silk Press (aka Press Junkie) is a minimum 2hr service. I understand that we all experience unforeseen events from time to time however, If you are running late, please communicate that with the salon. •A 20 min grace period is allowed for hair appointments & a 5 min grace period for body wax appointments. •If you are more than 20 mins late (5 for body wax services) with no communication, your appointment will be cancelled and considered a “No Show”. CANCELLATION FEES WILL APPLY. •A cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service will be applied to ALL cancellations made less than 48 hrs of your scheduled appointment. This fee also applies to “No Shows”. Scheduling your appointment and paying the deposit means you have read and agree to the booking policies, terms and conditions of HairBeat Salon.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
C A N C E L L A T I O N S:
A deposit is collected at the time of booking and is non refundable. We require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment to allow opportunity to accommodate those on the wait list (if any).
MISSED APPOINTMENTS:
If a client fails to cancel their appointment and/or No-Shows, they will be required to pay 100% of the services scheduled. Exceptions will be made on a case by case basis.
Clients will be given grace 1x per year for last-minute schedule changes, cancellations or no-shows.
LATE ARRIVALS:
If you are 15 minutes late for your appointment (7 mins for Wax appointments), we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame.
All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we DO NOT HEAR FROM YOU at least 15 minutes (7 mins for Wax appointments) into your scheduled appointment time, it is considered a “NO-SHOW” and will be treated as a missed appointment.
